As a mom with very limited time, here's how I edit my talking to the camera videos in under 10 mins. I'll preface by saying I edit everything in CapCut and that's just what's been working for me. First, upload your footage to CapCut and then select the video. You're going to want to use CapCut's transcript feature. This will automatically delete repetitive throughout the video. Then you're going to want to click delete words and for example, you'll see this video went from two minutes and 30-ish seconds to a minute and 30-ish seconds. Now you can easily go through and cut out the pre-split chunks that are repetitive or just not needed. I usually end with adding any text animations or sound effects. These are a few that I've been loving lately. I hope this was helpful and stay tuned for later.
