If you're editing your own YouTube content, you're going to want to watch this. Because this is day 24 of 30 of teaching you how to create content. Every single day. This one tool has helped me cut our editing time in half. And this tool is called Descript. It will change how you edit, how you edit long form content. Here's how it works. First, you want to upload your video to Descript. It automatically transcribes every single thing that you said into a text. Now here's the cool part. You edit your video by editing the text. So when you delete a sentence in the transcript, it also deletes part of the video. So no longer you have to go through the whole timeline and scrubbing for footage.
