Lobbyist. This is a 10 out of 10. The best way to make money is you promise someone $100 million and then out of that $100 million, they pay you $5 million. So the best career, don't have morals or ethics, as long as you don't have morals or ethics, this is the best way to get wealthy. We can't do lawyers again. I saw there were a lot of hate. So F off. Software engineer. Software engineer, man, this is crazy because like years ago it was 10 out of 10, or maybe an 8 out of 10. And right now it's a 10 out of 10. Companies that are in massive demand of software engineers because they don't know what they made when they were vibe coding. High ticket sales. This should be an 8 or a nine out of 10. Most people are absolutely atrocious and the agencies we see hiring these closers, they're doing, don't really know what they're doing. But on average, high ticket closers are seeing like a four out of 10. Loan officer. In this market, I'm sorry, it's probably like a one out of 10. This is a tough market. Right now in this market, probably a one out of 10. Car salesman. Two out of 10. The reality is at car sales, you wouldn't be in, you'd be in the finance department. Honestly, probably a two out of 10. Insurance agent. If you're in it for the long haul, it's a great career. But man, it sucks like the first five, eight years of your career. But if you're trying to get wealthy faster from insurance, I would stay away from insurance. Property manager. It's a lot like insurance, so you don't make any money until you manage at least 50 properties. No one likes you. Your tenants hate you. Your landlords hate you. Everybody hates you. But if you do it for enough time and have enough doors, you can sell it to a hedge fund and then you're a 10. SaaS founder. 95% are broke. They're a one. But the ones that you hear about, they're not a 10. They're like a 20 or 30 out of 10. Extremely wealthy if you can actually sell your company, but the hardest thing to do is be successful.
