If I was 22, you know what business I'd start? I'd start a plumbing business. I would. I've thought about this for years and I'm like, because plumbers, they make a lot of money. They they make good money, they can charge what they want to charge. And I would start a plumbing business. I would go to trade school or college or go get my certification, depending on your circumstance. If you have a son or a daughter, anybody, and you want them to make good money because of AI and everything else, I'd start a plumbing business. I would literally start a plumbing business. I would save money and then what I would do is I'd start hiring plumbers under me. I would start hiring plumbers, slowly but surely. Before you know it, you have 15 plumbers working under you and then you have a dynasty and you're making a ton of money. But that is one business that is never going to be affected by AI. And AI is going to take a lot of businesses or a lot of, you know, jobs and all that. Plumbing is like that's where I would go if I was young again.
