Please don't be offended by what I'm about to say. It's just my opinion, but hear me out. Would I go to college nowadays? Only if my parents were paying for it or I had a scholarship. I truly believe in college. I think it's great. But if I'm 18 years old and I'm gonna be putting the bill and I'm gonna have a mountain of debt when I get out, absolutely not. I would take those four years, I would go to a trade school, something like that. I would get my certification as an electrician or plumbing and then I would create a business. I would be the person at the beginning and then I'd hire the plumbers up under me. I'd hire more people and I'd grow a business so that I'm sitting back and counting cash. That's the way my head works. But I tell you what else, AI is not gonna take those trades. Those trades are coming. AI is coming, but I tell you what, the generation that we have now, they're soft. They have soft hands. So if you're handy and you're willing to work and get dirty and start something, then you're not gonna have any competition because those jobs are always gonna be there and if the demand is gonna get higher and higher, but I tell you what, the supply is lower and lower and you're gonna kill it.
