Let's make some sour cream French onion chicken and rice. So you're gonna take a pound of chicken. I just have thinly sliced chicken breasts. You're gonna put them in your pan and you're gonna very well season it. Season with whatever you like, but I'm gonna use smoked paprika. You already know Kinder's Pepper Garlic. A little bit of the Tony's Creole. And then also a little bit of garlic powder. So this is about two tablespoons of butter. You want it nice and charred on each side. So we're gonna get this on our stovetop. While your chickens cooking, you're gonna thin slice one yellow onion. When your chicken is nice and cooked through, you're just gonna pull it off the eye. It literally smells so good. Two more tablespoons of butter. All that at the bottom is just seasoning for your onions. So add those in. Stir them around, make sure they really soak up all that seasoning at the bottom. I'm gonna add in about a fourth a cup of chicken broth. I'm out of beef broth, so I'll use chicken broth. Onions cook for about 15, 20 minutes. Let them get nice and tender and then we'll finish our sauce. This is what your onions look like, nice and tender and soft. Now we're gonna add in about a cup of heavy cream. And then one cup of French onion dip. I just kind of eyeball it because you can never have too much. Then about a half a cup of sour cream. Gonna get this all nice and combined. Cook on low for about another 10 minutes. Let it thicken up a little bit. And then we'll add our chicken back in and dinner served. So we're gonna add our chicken back in. And then dinner served. Tell me that does not look so freaking good. I got this recipe from Brit's Cookin', I think last year. And I've just like tweaked it a little bit to where I just use French onion dip instead of like the sour cream that she uses. And I absolutely love it.
