Be careful who you allow into your life. A fake friend will celebrate you in public but criticize you in private. They will ask about your plans to compare themselves with you, to see if they can rise higher than you are. That is why you should never be afraid of being alone. Being alone gives you peace. It gives you time to grow, to think clearly, to hear God's direction and to become the person you were created to be. Loneliness for a season may hurt. But living with people who constantly betray your trust hurts even more. Choose people who celebrate your victories without jealousy. Choose you pray sincerely, you become everyday. This enters people to of discernment. If someone keeps bringing confusion, negativity, and constant disappointment into your life, be go. Protecting your peace is not selfish, it is necessary. The right people will never make you feel guilty for growing. They will grow grateful to grow with you. Let us pray.
