No degree, pick a trade instead I'm gonna give that F tier advice. What I notice is like every single guy out there is now like learn the trades, learn the trades, learn the trades. And just because AI is taking a lot of the other jobs that are out there, doesn't mean trading time for money is suddenly now this great idea. Engineering D. I think at this point, engineers are toast man. AI is gonna fry those guys. Marketing C. I don't think the people that are really good at it learned that in college. Just the time it takes to create the curriculum, by the time it comes out, it's already out of date. Real estate B tier. To me, all the great real estate guys that I know, we majored in finance, I have friends that have law degrees. We use those other skills to make us better real estate investors. You know, I really don't see programs that are being taught by like genius real estate investors. Psychology A tier. At the end of the day, psychology is gonna help you in any field that you're in to understand what it's like to be in the other guy's shoes. Business administration S tier. To me, a business degree, which has many different majors you can choose from within it, is ultimately the most practical degree that you can get. I think that probably by the time my kids graduate, it's really not gonna be that great because I don't think you'll need a degree at all. I think you'll be able to learn from your AI professor, whatever you want to know.
