Transcript

I made In-N-Out burger bowls for dinner today. This is a new staple in my house. They are quick and easy and they are so damn good. Let me show you guys how I make it. I'm starting out by dicing up two sweet onions. We're gonna add these to a skillet with a little bit of olive oil, a little bit of salt, some Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of sugar. We're gonna cook these low and slow for about 45 minutes to an hour. I diced up some yellow potatoes. I drizzle these with some olive oil, adding some Nature's Seasons, oregano, garlic powder, and some smoked paprika. Air fry on 375 for 25 minutes. I'm browning up 2 pounds of ground beef, adding in some Kinder's Steak Blend Seasoning and some hamburger seasoning. This is what our onions are looking like after about an hour. Now for the sauce. I'm using a half a cup of mayo, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of mustard, about 3 and a half tablespoons of relish, a tablespoon of white vinegar, a little bit of salt and pepper, and a pinch of sugar to thin it out. And of course, some of our caramelized onions. This is what our potatoes are looking like after about 25 minutes. To the meat, I just added some American cheese. And then we can assemble everything in our bowl. I also added some pepperoncinis. It was a 10 out of 10. Y'all definitely need to go try this. Thanks for watching. Love you. Bye.
