Cheeseburger bombs let me show you how to make them. Nothing could get better than this. The thing I'm gonna do before I get started on anything else is slice my onion that way I can throw them on the stove and they can caramelize by the time we prep everything else because believe it or not that takes longer than even cooking the meat. And by the way, if you don't like onions, just keep them out. We actually love onions and our burgers, onions caramelized. This works perfectly. And by the way, if you don't like onions, just keep them out. We actually love onions and our burgers, onions caramelized. This works perfectly. I'm gonna throw a little bit of olive oil in a pan and throw these on top and just let them caramelize and cook down. Alright, and then this is two pounds of ground beef. I'm gonna cook about a pound and a half and I'm gonna season it with burger seasoning. Use your favorite burger seasoning, it doesn't matter which one you use. This is McCormick and it works pretty good. So I'm just gonna cook the meat, season it and we'll meet back over here. Alright, my meat and onions are done cooking. I'm just letting them cool down for just a little bit while we prep the dough. This is what we're using for the dough. I can do it working. I'm just gonna open them up with my hand. I got two kinds of cheese. I got the cubed mild cheddar cheese, and I got a mix of four state cheese, which is a bunch of them in here. Okay. And then I'm gonna line my baking sheet with parchment paper and I will be putting them here once they form into balls, okay? I'm gonna put a little bit of cheese on the bottom. You're gonna do the meat, and then do the onions. And then I'm gonna put a cube of, maybe even two, shredded cheese. Okay? And then just scrunch in the middle, just like that. This is the bottom, the top. I made all eight of them. Now you gotta hit them with an egg wash. Whisk it up. And you're gonna brush the tops of them with the egg. Then optional, but I'm also going to sprinkle a little bit of sesame seeds on top. Now these are going in the oven at 400 for 15 minutes. I'll let you know exactly how long they take. Now, our favorite burger sauce is Thousand Island. So that's what I'm gonna put in here. I'm gonna wait for them to cool down before I dig into it. So, so, so excited. If you try them, let me know what you think and let me know if you have recommendations on what to put in there next time.
