Before you go into work, read Ecclesiastes 10:4 But before you go into the workplace, please read Ecclesiastes over your life, because some of you are about to quit because it's hard, not because you're finished. If you're in a stressful environment, I get it. If something feels off at work, if people are just making it really hard for you to breathe, read that scripture. Here's what it says. If the spirit of the ruler rises against you, do not leave your post. Calmness will lay great offences to rest. In other words, don't let the chaos make the decision for you. Before you make any major decisions, get honest with yourself. Is this a hard season, or is this a pattern that's never gonna change? Because the job market is hard, babe. And I know you know that. But the devil you know may not be worse than the devil you don't. The chaos is not always a sign to leave. So discernment really matters. because if you leave too early, you may never see what God was doing through you. So before you walk in today, be steady, be prayerful, be discerning. And don't let that chaos make a permanent decision for you. God's got you.
