It comes with a 51 millimeter porta filter and I like to prepare the group head by twisting it in empty and let it run through one heat cycle. So I like to grind mine fresh with my mini conical burr grinder every time. I'm going to gently tamp this down and make sure you aren't overfilling your porta filter. There's a max fill line here to look at as a guide. Gently twist the porta filter into the group head and grab a cute glass to pull your shot. And now you're ready to pull your espresso. You can pull both single and double espresso shots with this machine and it has a convenient pressure gauge for reference. This Casabrews machine easily pulls beautiful golden and creamy espresso all from this little machine without making things too complicated or difficult. And it even has a steam wand for the latte lovers out there. Press the steam button to prepare the machine and grab a mug or a cup because the steam wand is going to shoot out water before steam. Pour your milk of choice into the pitcher just below the spout and turn the knob onto steam. And in a little under a minute, you have frothy latte ready milk and quality espresso.
