However, we're going to see how many steaks we can actually get out of this top loin because it's a lot cheaper that way. Got this from Costco. $10 a pound. The whole thing weighs 14 pounds. So it's a way better deal than you can normally get. I'm just going to package all of these up into freezer bags and then whenever we want to cook them, we just take them out to defrost and we have steak dinners for way less.
