Later's birthday is right around the corner and I vowed to her that I will make her the best birthday gift I have ever made.
And uh, we have the work cut out for us. We're obviously gonna crochet her a plushie.
I searched high and low on Etsy to figure out what kind of pattern I could buy for her to make.
And as soon as I saw this one, I knew we must make this for her.
Not only are we gonna make her a Taran, but we're also gonna make her an Odorono.
We are crocheting two Four Wings.
And the pattern that I got is from Etsy and it was made by crochet by Jenna.
I think we're gonna start with Taran first.
I have no idea how I'm gonna make all of the details and the nose and like everything.
So we're gonna start with making four legs.
First leg is done and I had to restart this about seven times.
I do need four more of these.
I have officially started on the head.
This is kind of like the nose and then these are gonna be his nostrils.
Oh my god, we have a dragon head.
This is where the eyes are gonna be placed.
I think that's too far apart.
So I think that's pretty good.
Now we're just gonna keep on going with the body.
I officially started on the head, but also the neck.
It's kind of long, if you ask me.
I officially started on the tail.
This dragon is gonna be so big.
I don't know why.
Maybe somehow it'll fix itself.
I woke up at 8 AM, so I think I'm gonna have to undo the entire dragon to fix the neck.
No, I'm so finding out about it.
I have been crocheting for an entire day and uh, the dragon finally has the scales and then I also made him grumpy because grumpy.
And then we also made all of the things that we're gonna sew on top of him.
And that's gonna be our next and final steps.
The only thing that we have left to put on is the wings.
And then the dragon's gonna be all done.
I don't think I've ever been more obsessed with a single thing than I am with this.
Next, we are moving on to making Odorono.
She is gonna be a little bit smaller than Taran, but I don't think she's gonna be that much smaller.
Look how cute she is.
I also gave her like colored eyes.
Next, we're gonna create the little spine and eyebrows on her.
The last thing that she needs is all of the little details and most of these things are gonna be way smaller than we did for Taran.
Both dragons are officially all complete.
