2 ingredient tofu brownies?! Ummmm excuse me, you can make chewy fudgey brownies with just … TOFU?? No butter, no eggs, no oil, no milk… This is a GAME CHANGER! Ingredients: 1 box of brownie packet mix (the one I used was 500g) 300g silken tofu Method: 1. Blend the silken tofu until smooth 2. Mix the blended tofu and brown mix in a bowl until combined 3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking pan and cook as per the instructions on the brownie box (our was 160 degrees fan forced for 35 minutes) 4. Eat immediately for the best results!
