I told y'all I was gonna start doing more, like, tips and tricks about social media. I work for brands with millions and millions of followers. I've worked for small brands. It is all the same. One of the things that I feel that people do not utilize the most is SEO. SEO means search engine optimisation. In terms of social media, it's like keywords. Whenever you make a TikTok, you need to make sure it is discoverable. Posting a good video sometimes is enough. But to push you and take you that other step further, what I do, you type in words. So let's say I was doing social for a makeup brand. You post your video, but then you type all these words on the screen. Makeup, makeup routine, clean girl, makeup, clean girl makeup, black girl makeup, whatever you wanna target. You type all that and then you move it off the screen. But guess what? When someone goes to search on TikTok and they search black girl makeup, your video pops up because you've typed those words. You see what I'm saying? Sometimes it automatically does it because you're saying it in the video. So, like, you don't really have to type it. But I type every word that could be associated. Makeup, beauty, lifestyle, whatever. Put it all in there, move it off the screen. Whenever you're doing any kind of video, think about any word humanly possible that correlates to Your video. Type it, move it off the screen. Whenever people search those things, your video will come up. You're welcome.
