Let's create your first AI agent in 60 seconds or less. I'm Ben Gusberg. I'm a Stanford founder of an AI startup. We've raised $4 million. This is my desktop. Don't judge me. It's a mess, I know. Let's use an agent to clean it up. First, open Claude and go to Cowork. Cowork is basically an AI agent that can control and use your computer. It can read folders, edit and create files, basically anything you can do on your laptop. All you need to do is tell Cowork in simple English exactly what you want. In my case, organize my desktop. A full prompt is up here. Your agent will ask clarifying questions. Answer those carefully so it does exactly what you want. Now you can watch as it reads your desktop, builds a plan, and creates its own task list. There's even a progress bar so you can watch it make progress. Once it finishes, congrats.
