Here's how to create your own AI dev team. Step one, open Claude Cowork and say create four agents with these specific job descriptions. Agent one is your architect. It turns your ideas into a build plan and asks you whatever key questions first. Agent two is your coder. It writes the code based on agent one's plan. Agent three, tester. Its only job is breaking what agent two builds. Mine tend to argue with each other but that's fine, that's the point. Agent four is your manager. It reviews the work that the other agents do and flags key issues to you. After you've done that, step two is give the team one small product, maybe it's a wait list page, maybe it's an internal tool, not some big billion dollar idea, just some small idea to test out whether they work. Have them work on that thing and then step three is review their work like a CEO. Tell them what's wrong, they'll fix it and then review and iterate towards the right answer. Key, you don't need to review the code. You just need to know your customer and know whether what they're doing is the right answer. Try it and tell me what your team ships.
