If I had to completely clear my career tomorrow, pivot into something else, start something new. This framework that they teach you in the MBA program on what to figure out what you want to do and I would start there first. It's called the gel framework. The idea is that you look at this triangle and you find out what you're good at, what you enjoy doing, and then whether or not it affords you the lifestyle that I want. The reason that this is important is because if you go on the internet and just look up high in-demand skills, doing careers that are doing well, slot them into them, you are going to fail. The second Columbia's second framework that they teach is important. It's called success, satisfaction, sustainability. You chase chasing a skill set that you don't actually have or that you're not actually good at, you will burn out quickly. It's not sustainable. So you will not be good at your job. Someone banking, the hated the job, was not good at it and burnt out and affected every single part that career. To find out what you're good at, read old feedback, talk to family and friends. Just get sensitive what repetitive patterns of things that you have been in careers, internships, maybe even friendships. To what people come to you for. You can start the whole conversation looking at skills, seeing core facets of those skills, you're at. Networking people. The second framework is about success, satisfaction, sustainability.
