And these are with the smartest, most accessible people in our business program and after have been doing to live their best lives. The idea that you can buy a business that's a services business, one that someone is old and trying to get rid of, and run it instead profitably. If you're South Asian, there are literally uncles that have gas stations and car washes and laundry depots, all these are entrepreneur through acquisition. The second is early stage VC backed tech companies, AI companies. These are ones where you can have autonomy, own a process, you get equity. The third is obviously tech, not strategy and biz ops roles that MBAs get slated into. We're talking about go to market roles, autonomy. Proof, content, experiential marketing. Roles that are built on human connection are roles that are very visible for the company or the brand itself. Those are people that are killing it right now. Lastly, entrepreneurship.
