Grocery shopping as a family of 4 🛒🤍 One thing I’ve learned is that making cleaner swaps doesn’t have to happen overnight. We definitely didn’t change everything at once, and honestly, I don’t think that’s realistic. We just started swapping one product at a time, and over time those small changes have added up.
