This creamy Boursin orzo bake with meatballs is packed with flavor, comes together in one baking dish, and is the perfect cozy weeknight meal the whole family will love. **Ingredients** * 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese * 12 oz dry orzo * 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth * 2 tbsp olive oil * 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder) * ½ tsp Italian seasoning * 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered * 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped * 12–20 frozen bite-size meatballs (or 10–12 regular frozen meatballs) * ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese * ¼ tsp black pepper * Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) * Juice of ½ lemon **Instructions** * Preheat your oven to **400°F**. * Place the Boursin cheese in the center of a 9x13-inch baking dish. * Add the dry orzo around the cheese.
