There came a point where I realized I wasn’t tired of doing hair I was tired of the way I was doing business. I was spending hours behind the chair, saying yes to everything, and building a schedule that left very little room for anything outside of work. I loved what I did, but I knew if I wanted to keep growing, something had to change. That’s when I made the decision to transition into men’s hair. It wasn’t an overnight success. I had to learn a new audience, reposition my content, build trust with a completely different clientele, and stay consistent even when it felt like I was starting over. But looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business. I didn’t quit doing hair I built a business that gave me more structure and more intention. If you’ve been thinking about transitioning into men’s hair, this is your reminder that changing directions doesn’t mean you’re giving up. Sometimes your next level isn’t found by working harder. It’s found by building smarter. The dream doesn’t always need to change. Sometimes the strategy does. 🤍 #menbraidshouston #houstonmenbraids #houstonstitchbraids #houstoncornrows #barberhouston
