Your PC is probably slower than it should be, but here's why. Windows stores temporary files every single day from random files, app caches, old downloads, etc. It never cleans it up on its own, which means you end up with a bunch of gigabytes that you probably don't even need or use. First, hit Windows key + R. Type in %temp% and hit enter. See everything here? You can just select all this and delete it.
