Hook
Just let it go bro Bro, just let this one go. Just let it fucking slide. I know you want to be the strong guy, you want to be the one who always says power. You're pissed off that they aren't responding to your text or they haven't been a good friend. Or she isn't with you. It's okay. Just let it go, bro. Just let this one go. You're drinking the poison, expecting them to get sick. That's what it is. You're holding on all this resentment and being as wound up about it as you are. I know. I know. You want to be in control. I know. You're tired of being the victim person. Just let it be. Just forgive them. There's no reason to hold on to that resentment. You can respond from a place of wisdom. Once the emotions are clear, you can decide if you want to keep this person in your life or not. Letting go of the resentment doesn't mean you're accepting it. It doesn't mean you're going to tolerate that behavior. Maybe this is a big one, maybe it's a little one. But just look at it. Bro, you can't focus on work. You can't do the things you want to do. You're not smiling like you used to because your brain is just replaying the shit. Be completely selfish and let this one go and forgive them. If we really zoom out in life, I guarantee you've been this person at one point in time. You've done this shit that they're doing to you. There's been plenty of moments in life where we wish someone else gave us some grace. And we got a whole society out there, people that aren't letting go of shit, right? We got families being torn apart, relationships falling apart, friend groups full of toxicity. Everyone is holding on to too much shit. You can you can just sense it. Just walk around. Let's start with you. Try that out. Just let it go. That shit you see on social media, people, the ball always bounces their way. They're always in control, they're always in power, bro. That shit does not fly in the real world and I guarantee they're hiding behind a mountain of smallness and shame. And the screen and what they perpetuate here. In real life, bro, that's not how it works. There's not some Kim John Un out there. It might feel powerful in the moment, that dictatorial stance, but it's just a cover for weakness. It feels good to writhe in it, like, oh fuck, they did me wrong. I'm never gonna fucking stand this. How could they possibly to talk about it, to feel it, to just roll in it like a pig in shit. And it doesn't do anyone any good. You want to win the holding on Olympics? You want to hold this one until the fucking grave? And that's how you be big and strong again. Your friends will always be my guest. I want to win letting go of Olympics. I don't want to hold on to shit. I want clear skin, deep sleep. I want to forgive everyone, have a light life. And I'll decide who comes on the journey with me. You know, friendship in a decade long friendship, a decade long relationship, any of that. There's gonna be some shit you're gonna have to just forget. You're gonna have to just let go. Letting go. The highest character, best human beings out there. You're gonna have some slip-ups. And sometimes you just gotta give people a fresh slate and let it go. And that's not the masculinity content they want you to see. They want you to get fucking pissed. They want you to feel more insecure so they can sell you some looks maxing product or some frame course or something that makes you feel like you're gonna be in control for the rest of your life. Newsflash. Nothing's gonna give you that god power. Let's move towards things being light. And you being free. And you letting go of that hot fucking cold you've been squeezing onto. And I guarantee that person's, it'll be like magic. They'll just come back in and they'll let go too.
