God is guarding her from you — and not because she's the problem. Because you are. Read that slowly. You keep asking God for the relationship, while there's something He's been asking of you — and you keep walking past it. Here's the truth most people miss: God doesn't respond to your intention. He responds to your obedience. Saul offered God a sacrifice with good intentions, and God rejected it — "to obey is better than sacrifice" (1 Samuel 15:22). Jesus said it's not the one who says "Lord, Lord," but "the one who does the will of my Father" (Matthew 7:21). And "whoever is faithful in little is faithful in much" (Luke 16:10). God grows you in the small, current thing before He hands you the bigger one. Now hear me clearly — this is NOT "be good enough and God owes you a wife." That's not the Gospel. This isn't earning her. It's being formed. The waiting isn't punishment. It's preparation. And "her" isn't one specific soulmate — it's the caliber of woman a God-given wife actually is (Proverbs 18:22), meant for the man you're becoming. So stop asking Him for her. Start obeying what He already told you to do. Because the moment you do — His protection over you turns into His permission for you. If you want to learn how to become that man — follow.
