My most painful tattoo and what it felt like. And there's only one spot that has so far surpassed every other spot on my body that truly, there is no comparison. The back of the head, in my opinion, feels like somebody got a fucking ice pick and is chipping away at the back of your fucking skull. Most tattoos, it starts off painful, in the middle of it, for the majority of it, you kind of chillin', relaxing, your body gets into it. And then towards the end of it, especially longer sessions, you kinda get over it. The back of my head, from start to middle, to beginning of the middle, to end of the middle, same amount of pain, it never decreased. It hurt like hell. Would I do it again? Absolutely. I wanna add a little more and then some to the sides of my head, but man, every time I think about how much a tattoo could possibly hurt, I always compare it to that, and nothing has even come remotely close to that.
