I really wanted in Dubai. And my wife was like, but we did this in the UK and we regret it. Because we bought a house for 3.5 million. And then after a few years, when we wanted to move, we're like, we can't really rent it out, the mortgage payments are so high, ain't going to give us any cash flow. It's sunk in, it's not going up in value. That was an emotional decision. And when emotions are high, intelligence is low. So I was trying to do the same thing to Dubai. I was like, I want to live in the Palm. And my wife was like, the Palm's really good, it's a really safe area. Look, and I'm trying to say it to her. She's like, if you really want to invest in a house, why don't we just buy a property on the Palm? It's actually an investment. Maybe an apartment or something. And then rent out your actual home. Which we did. So we bought a property on the Palm, but we rented out our actual home. And I'm glad we bought it. Because if we'd bought it, we'd be in the same story again.
