ChatGPT can now edit videos. Yes, the video you're watching right now was edited by ChatGPT using Chatcut. So here's exactly how I did it. Step one, install Chatcut. The first thing to go on ChatGPT and tell it to install Chatcut. Then I uploaded my raw video clips. Step two, upload and prompt. The next thing I did was just to give it a simple prompt. I told you to turn this 60 second clip, remove the pauses, add caption, add relevant B roll, and even suggest any walkthrough B roll where necessary. And that is how ChatGPT edited the video for me. And the best part is that it didn't give me a finished video that I can't change. Step three, open the timeline. I can open the timeline just like I'm editing on Capcut, trim the video, rewrite caption, generate voiceovers, create motion graphics, or even tell it to make more edits just with a simple prompt. It's like having an AI video editor that listens to your instructions instead of making you learn the complicated softwares.
