The best tech innovation leads in the country? At 27 years old, I think that the best innovation product leads in the country. That might be an extremely hot take, but if you're not going to brag about yourself, then nobody else is going to brag for you. And the reason that I'm saying this, you'll find out at the end. Why do I say I'm one of the best innovation product leads in the country? I've launched an electric vehicle charging product lead. I've led 100 million dollar app valuation, (previous) Ackermans e-commerce redesign. I've worked with Planet Fitness on refreshing their app. I've worked with Spa UK on their loyalty app. I designed the Wellness Warehouse loyalty app, or I led the team that did that. I've done a lot. I also continue to launch apps that I own personally to make a thousands and thousands of visits and users and downloads. But that's besides the point. And through all of these projects and products and deliveries, I've lived by one core mantra, which is you have to understand the problem that you're trying to solve at the deepest, deepest level, or you're going to fail. So if anyone truly spent time understanding the problem that they're trying to solve, instead of the fancy pitch deck, the dinners with investors, the fancy UI that has been designed out, if people just spent more time understanding the problems that they're trying to solve, they would have 100, 1,000 times more successful products. Now I have really successful and highly motivated product teams in the past, other product managers and product leads. So the beginning was just a bit of clickbait, but this is just a message that if you don't understand the problem you're trying to solve, then you're not as successful as you could be. And it is really that simple. You just need to drill down into the problem at each level, at the app feature level, at the button level, and you're gonna be 100 times your digital journey.
