Instead of recruiting I build partnerships with people who are already knocking doors In the door-to-door industry they always say yeah if you don't want to door knock get 100 people underneath you to go knock doors for you and make an override off of them. So that's what I did for six years and nobody stuck around and I couldn't make money off of anybody. All I did was waste my time and energy on a bunch of fucking losers. That's all you're gonna do if you're recruiting. Unless you're specifically finding good salesmen. If you're trying to bring people into sales, bro, you're not gonna do shit but lose money and time. So now what I do instead of having 100 recruits underneath me that are doing the same thing I'm doing, storm chasing, but I focus on one extra thing that they're not focused on. So they send it to me. So it's not like I'm making overrides. I'm getting them paid and I'm getting paid. So if you want to create referral partnerships in your industry, people that are doing similar things to you, but not doing the exact same thing, this is gonna go over a lot of your heads because most of you are idiots.
