I cannot do, I cannot stand when people do not properly prepare for interviews because there's nothing I hate more than wasted potential. So here are eight questions that I think you should prepare for every single interview that you'll ever go to, or someone that's worked in and across top talent for nearly 10 years. Number one, what are your biggest strengths? Even if you don't get asked this, you're gonna answer with your head held high, feeling a little bit more confident. No. Number two, what is your biggest weakness? When you get asked this and you don't know the answer, you get stumped, but then you look like you're not self-aware. So preparing this one is a must. Do don't, me. Number three, why me, candidate? You really need to be ready to pitch yourself on why you're a strong candidate compared to the other people that are around you. Number four, what do you hope to achieve in this role in the first six months? Have a bit of a plan of action of how much impact you can have in the first six months and what you'll do to hit the ground running. And why this role and why this organisation? Number five, what is your biggest achievement today? My biggest area of development and learning for this role. And lastly, why I'm leaving my current employer and looking for a new job.
