How to be the most memorable candidate. I interview so many candidates. Most are not memorable. But this one candidate I interviewed last week did a 10 out of 10 job, and I'm gonna tell you what she did well so you could do it, too. She did everything on my four stop checklist. She got to the interview five minutes early. She was prepared. She looked up what she needed to know in advance, and she came with questions, was aware and respectful of the time so that it didn't go over. And literally two minutes later, after the interview was over, she sent me this thank you note. No notes, save this down and use this as your interview guide.
