Go in with a teeny teeny drop of conditioner. Wash that out. in with a hair mask. It will leave your hair feeling like glass. Then put your hair up into a clip not a hair tie and exfoliate your entire body with this Dove Ice Cream Parlor Coconut Vanilla. Leaves your body nice and clean. use L'occitane shower oil. Put this all over your body. Use only a mens razor. Wash all that off. Wash your hair out put hair back in a clip. Now we're gonna exfoliate our back. If you're anything like me I get back acne. Having conditioner sit on my back is an absolute no. I'll take my favorite face wash put it on this African net sponge then you're gonna go like this scrub scrub scrub Your back will never feel as clean as it does than when you use an African net sponge. Now it is time to actually clean your body. Get yourself a Dove bar of soap unscented rub your entire body in this wash all that off then you are going in with a body wash. This neutralizes body odor. The smoother Glycolic Acid body wash if I want my skin to feel extra extra soft. If you've not thrown away please do and get yourself a silicone scrubbing brush. Scrub your entire body in this thing. Your skin is going to feel insane. Just when you thought we were done cleansing. Get yourself a foot scrubber. Put some body wash on it scrub your feet. Trust me when your feet are soft. You just feel a million times better. Last but not least you've got to wash down there. This is an unscented wash. It's from Medicine Mama. I love this stuff so much. You can also use your Dove to clean down there as well. Your everything shower is complete. Put your hair in a microfiber towel.
