There is no problem that an everything shower can't fix. And apparently some of you guys still don't know how to shower properly. So today we're doing my weekly budget-friendly 20-step everything shower. This shower starts before you even get in. We dry brushing is our first form of exfoliation. And then you're going to use a dandruff brush to exfoliate your scalp. Then we're going to get into steaming hot shower. And the first thing I like to do is take off my makeup with a bar soap. There's nothing better than taking off your makeup in the shower. If your hair gets greasy really fast, you're probably not washing it well enough. So I like to wash my hair twice with a clarifying shampoo. Make sure you get into every nook and cranny, even behind your ears. You know your hair is clean once the shampoo actually foams off. Depending on what your hair needs, you either want to use a hydrating hair mask or a reparative hair mask. I always keep a clock handy so that I can continue the rest of my shower while I let this marinate. Because there's one thing I can recommend to you guys, it's to buy a Korean exfoliation mitt. Get behind your ears and every crevice of your body and it will get rid of all your dead skin. Once you're exfoliated, you're ready to shave. I'm not too picky about this, but you're going to want to use some sort of shaving oil. And then we're finally going to rinse out our hair mask. I know it seems like a lot of work, but you're going to wash your body one more time with your favorite smelling body wash. To try to get rid of any of that conditioner residue so that we don't get body acne. This shower continues out of the shower. We're going to face one more time to also get rid of any residue. If you don't do this and you get pimples around your hairline, you know why. And then we're finally going to brush our teeth because you're probably going to bed like I am. And I'm also doing my nighttime hydrating skincare. I like to use a salicylic acid and a good moisturizer. And if you want long lashes and thick brows, use castor oil. We already came this far, so I'm using eye patches for the fun of it. And the best thing I ever did was invest in a water flosser. For some reason, my favorite part of this routine is cleaning my ears. At this point, I'm literally exhausted, but we're almost done. And I'm going to moisturize my entire body and then I'm going to do a little bit of lymphatic drainage. It probably sounds weird to most of you, but I put on deodorant before I go to bed. I usually don't have the energy to blow dry my hair. After all of this, instead, we're just going to use a leave-in conditioner. Genuinely solves all my problems.
