The reason you have parentheses is you have to, well, you have to give your function something to work with, right? So think of it this way. Let's say you have a robot sitting in your living room, right? You could do, uh, a couple different ways. One, you could say, hey robot, uh, wash my dishes, right? And it would just go wash your dishes. Or, say, take soap, wash my dishes, right? You could give something with. That's what the parentheses for, whatever giving something with. In this case, I said, like, print out into the terminal, um, by command line, terminal, interchangeably because they mean the same thing. So here's print. Go do it. I'm soap. Here's the dish soap. Go do it.
