This country is going to be littered with abandoned data centers and here’s how I know. I've lived through two bubble bursts in my life. It was the real estate bubble and the .com bubble. Both resulted in the same thing. Big old warehouses, abandoned, Kmart. How do I know the data centers or about to become Kmart? The companies, any, all. We don't need the data centers that we've built. Personally, I lived pretty close to Detroit and I didn't live through this bubble, but the automotive bubble burst. This left this town just, terrible. Well, not as bad as it used to be, like 20 years ago, but there were abandoned buildings and abandoned warehouses everywhere. We're looking at the real estate bubble dot com over again. The AI companies are hardly making any money at all. So eventually they're going to have to raise their prices to make, well, what happens when you raise prices? Demand goes down. People are going to be using AI a lot less than they used to. So, don't
