Making a dinner everyone likes. And you know what? I'm the type of chef that needs a little snack while I'm preparing dinner. In the perfect snack while I'm making dinner is a cookies and cream Quest bar. Because listen, with our schedule, the only time that I've been able to get my workouts in is right before I cook dinner. They're high in protein, rich in fiber, and to be honest, they just make the perfect snack. And as far as what I'm doing for dinner, if you couldn't already tell, it's a sheet pan dinner. I've pretty much mastered at this point, which vegetables everybody likes and dislikes in my house. And so what I do is I get a combination of everything. I coated it in some olive oil and some seasonings and I pop that in the oven for an hour. And while that's cooking, I'm going to finish my snack and get some cleaning done. Right before the vegetables are done roasting, I'll just go ahead and grill some chicken. Because everybody can agree in my house on grilled chicken. Once everything is done, it's just a matter of building everybody's bowls. Pretty much everyone has a different combination of which vegetables they like, and then Carl and I did a honey mustard and then ranch. And that's dinner.
