By popular request Part 2 and honestly if you leave me a bad review about posting something like this you’re proud of society‘s problem. The entitlement that comes with people when it comes to business owners standing up against their policies and for their business and their team can sometimes be so disgusting. We are so big. in making sure our clients are happy. We’re all about customer service. If this was a family emergency a death something crazy of course we would wave our policy, but this was a $65 charge for being told 20 minutes before the appointment that she wasn’t gonna show up because her flight got delayed…. AND this is not how you speak to another human. and you will never be able to buy me or threaten me into submission against my boundaries. I don’t want any client that this speaking to someone like this is okay and me not backing down to threats shows IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY TO ME.
