How I handle an unhappy client. Darker we don't like it. Don't like it. It's not that I don't like it. It's that like I um it's that like I um it was like up here it's a little too dark for me. I think I need it broken up with a little like light copper in here. Yeah. And then maybe can we bring up the money piece? Yeah, here. Like I don't know if it's blending like I think I need just a little more. Do you want more warmth to your? I mean and I should have just some copper. I don't know like why I tried to no. Because it's fine. I'm glad I tried it. But like so you like I love that. Yeah. So we wanted highlights. We did want highlights. We wanted some. Yeah. We thought we didn't want to lighten and we want to lighten. Maybe here want this to feel more coppery. A little yeah. Down here we can do this a little more gingery. But I if we can bring it up a little bit more. Yeah. So I just feel like there's some more red tone. I do like the red tone. Maybe compliment this to be more warm up a little bit. Just a little bit. Yeah. I got you. No big deal. Thank you. Let's do it. Amazing. And um I think it's I think it's is too light. Yeah. Okay. You wanna bring it down like warmer deeper coppery. Yeah. Okay. Let's go back to the same reading like a blonde. And I don't wanna you read blonde. I wanna like copper. I mean yeah, I just I feel like it needs to be toned down. You're right. No, don't be sorry.
