This weekend I'm down in Fort Lauderdale at the Women and Wealth conference. Shelby Haas is putting on. And let me tell you this woman is going above and beyond and let me share with you everything that I've learned today from the speakers about wealth and money and the neuroscience behind it. And I'm gonna save you the $2,000 I paid to get down here and give you all these lessons for free. So the recurring themes that I saw in all of these talks, one, have a vision. You have to have a vision. Every single fucking woman on the stage said, I believed I could do it. And they envisioned it. They had a number attached to it, how much they're gonna make and what timeline they were gonna make the money. And they envisioned it. And the reason why this is so important from a neuroscience perspective is that most of us are stuck in survival mode. And the part of our brain that operates that is our amygdala. Our amygdala is our fear center of the brain. It's unconscious and it's reactive and it's old as dirt, okay? You don't have control over it. It's the thing that keeps us safe. But it's the thing that keeps us the same. Safe to the brain equals the same. You ain't changing when you live in fear. Okay? And so why the vision is so important is because the vision activates a part of your brain that's more goal-oriented and dopamine driven. Because why? Because it starts in our hippocampus rather than in our amygdala. So what you need to do, my friend, is write down your vision, write down the environment that's gonna support you in doing this. And know that there might be a little bit of loneliness, but if you just stick to it, everything will change. It's the best way to create neuroplasticity in the brain and generate dopamine because dopamine loves novelty. And if you're anything like me, you probably have ADHD, you know, thrive off of a little bit of chaos and, you know, your brain likes a little bit of the sparkle. The changing environment gets new neural pathways to connect. And so when you have that vision, you can see new opportunities. You can meet new people. You can get new ideas. It opens up doors and paths. And so every single speaker who got on stage making over a million dollars before the age of 22, 25, 30, fucking crushing it. This is exactly what they were saying over and over and over again. And there's brain science to support it. So what you need to do, my friend, is sit your ass down, write down your vision, write down the environment that's gonna support you in doing this. And know that there might be a season of loneliness, and that if you just stick to it, everything will change.
