🌮 Texas Side Quest #27 – Taqueria La Gloria 🇲🇽 For over 25 years, the Medina family has been serving authentic Mexican food to Snyder the same way they always have—with patience, tradition, and recipes that have stood the test of time. Remigio and Esperanza Medina opened Taqueria La Gloria in 2001. Today, they’re joined by their daughters Mayra and Marisela, along with their four sons, making this a true family-run restaurant. They refuse to rush great food. Their philosophy is simple: if you make it faster, you sacrifice quality.
