AND THEY'RE COOKING UP SOME MOST AMAZING WAGYU YOU CAN FIND IN ALL OF WEST TEXAS. Texas Side Quest # 41 Hoop Snake Ranch Stanton, Tx THIS IS HOOP SNAKE RANCH. THESE ARE OUR AMAZING. GRACIOUS HOST RAFE AND BAILEY QUEST. HE STARTED OUT TRAINING REINED COW HORSES LIKE AND THEN HAD TO BUY SOME MORE COWS TO TRAIN MORE HORSES, AND THEN MORE COWS TO TRAIN MORE HORSES, AND EVENTUALLY STOPPED BUYING HORSES AND JUST STARTED LOADING UP ON THE COWS. Our journey didn't end with the best burgers in West Texas. It took us out here to most amazing ranches I've ever seen in my entire life. And they're cooking up some most amazing Wagyu you can find in all of West Texas. This is Hoop Snake Ranch. These are our amazing gracious host Rafe and Bailey Quest. He started out training reined cow horses like and then had to buy some more cows to train more horses, and then more cows to train more horses, and eventually stopped buying horses and just started loading up on the cows. And they have produced some of the most amazing American Wagyu you've ever seen in your entire life. To order a half cow, whole cow, a quarter cow, or just pick up great barbecue. But these industrious Texans didn't stop there. They built this custom restaurant on their very own property for the single most unforgettable ticketed ranch-to-table dining experience of your life. But this is where Hoop Steak gets really interesting. Tasting room built because they're producing their own grapes. They're having the grapes processed, fermented and bottle, which to go to a dining experience just to enjoy beautiful West Texas wine. You can email or a pickup. Now me and Chelsea got to try something a little bit off the menu. This is their Wagyu brisket, Dr Pepper beef jerky, makes right here in house and is the most amazing thing you'll ever taste in your entire life. The saloon really shows the heart of these people because they wanted a cool refreshing place where their employees could hang out after work without getting in trouble with and ironically enough, it's turned into a dirty. They've truly built a life here for them and for their employees as much as family. Features on the entire ranch is this beautiful chapel, which has been used for weddings, day it can be used for services.
