Texas Side Quest # 52 — Blue Agave Cattle Company 🥩🤠 What started as a feed store in 1902 became a movie theater in the 1940s before eventually closing in the 1950s and being left to rot. Then in 2009, Joel and Tommy bought the old building with one goal: help make Blackwell beautiful again. ❤️ They spent the next SIX YEARS restoring it—with absolutely no idea that one day it would become a steakhouse and saloon! Today, Blue Agave Cattle Company is owned by Joel & Shirley and Tommy & Carol, with an amazing team including Manuela, Shannon and Leeman keeping everything running.
