Romans 6:14 tells us, "We are not under the law, but under grace." True Sabbath, however, is not a day. Of course it's a Saturday and there's also an Israel Sabbath. True Sabbath is actually found, I want you to go to Colossians 2:16-17. "So don't let anyone pass judgment on you in connection with eating and drinking, or in regard with a Jewish festival, or the new Moon, or the Sabbath. These are a shadow of things that are coming, but the body is of the Messiah. So people mistaken the Sabbath as a day. The Sabbath is not a day. The Sabbath is a Man, is Jesus Christ. God wants us to recognize, what do we do on the Sabbath day, brother? Rest. Amen, right? Jesus is the Sabbath day. We honor Him by preaching the gospel, talking about His testimony, and actually resting because it says in Hebrews as well, "Those who are godly enter into My rest." But a lot of people are working. "Oh, Sabbath day is this day. Oh, you guys are stupid. It's not Sunday, it's Saturday." Other people are like, "No, it's Sunday." We are to keep the Sabbath, of course, but not in a way that people think. It is Jesus who is the Sabbath and tells us to preach His Sabbath, His rest to everybody.
