You can stay at the first completely gluten-free hotel in the U.S. This is the first completely gluten-free hotel in the United States, and the food there is so good they didn't even advertise it as gluten free for the first few months, and it still became one of the best restaurants in town. This is Hotel Monroe in Louisiana, and everything in there from the pizza at the rooftop bar to the snacks in their gift shop, even the dog treats, and the beer, and the prosecco on tap. The Heirloom Restaurant is open every day for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, and serves some of the most impressive gluten-free food I've ever had from tortellini to benedicts, to steak, sandwiches, fried items, and a ton of southern classics like po' boys, fried chicken sandwiches, poutine. They even had quail wings and waffles, a cookie skillet, and beignets. They have live music on weekends. Every room features gorgeous art, the comfiest robes and linens, quality products, and a hotel gym. The architecture is beautiful, and you need to add this place to your gluten free must do list:
