This place is a New York classic for a reason. Next we have Sixteen Mill with their brand new sourdough bagel. The latest of the bunch in a good way. Look at the bounce on that thing. Modern Bread & Bagel Of course next up we have Modern Bread & Bagel. At this point, the history books write themselves. But they have so many fun flavors and they even have one that rotates every month. Bub's Bakery Bub's Bakery with a completely gluten-free bagel. Talk about a feat of science because you would not taste it. We also have Noglu and the upper east side. Very soft bagel. So golden and you can even rip and dip it.
