I don't know your name, but I'm gonna call you Roll and Dough because that's your brand. First things first. You need, uh, pre-order baker. Okay? I'm gonna put this line here. You need a pre-order baker. The pre-order baker is only gonna do pre-orders. You have to hire a pre-order baker. You're gonna give them a recipe. You're gonna give them all the shipping stuff that they're gonna do that for you. You have to pay them well though. Then not paying this baker well because they're gonna handle that whole task. You don't gotta worry about that anymore. The only thing you got to worry about is when you want that pre-order baker to make a different flavor. Only teach this pre-order baker the original cinnamon roll. Let them perfect it, let them ship that out like crazy. Now, we're gonna cover Miami and Broward County, okay? People in Miami and Broward want your cinnamon rolls, okay? Which is great. That's a great problem. Cafes. Cafes, not cafes owner. They don't want to bake, okay? Connect with cafe owners. Get your cinnamon rolls here. And then you're gonna handle that. You can't do everything. You can't be baking for pre-orders, baking for cafes, and then you're gonna be baking for yourself. That's a lot on you. You're gonna burn out. And that's how you get inconsistent. So you need a pre-order baker. You need a cafe baker for cafes. You need to partner with these cafes. You and your boyfriend and your friends and that team, you can handle that. You can't do everything.
