Yesterday I shared a viral skirt steak recipe and all anyone could talk about what was going on with these potatoes. So let's get into it. I started out by soaking and boiling the potatoes once they were fork tender, I smashed them down with another pan, lathered them up with some avocado oil, salted them generously and got those in a hot oven. I then worked on the sauce which combines mayo, Dijon, fresh herbs, and some ponzu sauce which really gives it a nice bite. Listen to those potatoes. I tipped that beautiful sauce all over the top, garnished with more green onions. Oh my god, you guys, try this.
