Happy Augtober

Happy Augtober Augtober is my favorite month because it's my birthday month. My birthday's August 31st. And today we're kicking off this month with a 7 Brew Pumpkin Blondie. You are going to need a pitcher and a tablespoon. You're also going to need some Blondie sauce. I do have a video up on my page. I have it pinned. Um, where I show you how to make the Blondie sauce. You're also going to need some pumpkin sauce. I buy the big bottle and I just refill this one. You're going to need some pumpkin sauce. This is the caramel pumpkin sauce. I do like my drinks on the sweeter side. So I'm doing two tablespoons of each. If you don't like your drinks too sweet, you could do a tablespoon or a teaspoon of each. It's personal preference. So two tablespoons of Blondie and two tablespoons of pumpkin. And then you're going to mix this a good mix. You are going to need a double shot of espresso. I'll be right back. I'm gonna go brew my shot. Pouring in my double shot of espresso. And giving everything a good mix. These are breves. So I'm going to go in with half and half. And I'm going to fill up my cup to the 12 oz mark. If your pitcher doesn't have the measurements, that would be 8 oz of liquid or a cup of half and half. If you don't want to use half and half, you can just make a latte and use the dairy of your choice. Pouring it to the 12 oz. And then just giving this a really good mix. I wasn't recording, but cold foam is always optional. I love me some cold foam. So 2 oz heavy whipping cream and one tablespoon of vanilla syrup. And just froth it. Let's build our drink. I have my cup here. And I'm lining my cup with pumpkin drizzle. Optional as well. Lots of ice. Pouring in my drink. Cold foam. And some more pumpkin drizzle.
